Screw Projects!

Please pull me off this home now because I really can't get through gluttony! I'm like raiding the kitchen every 2 hours and I seem not to get full.

I'm already done with my 101 wishlist for Prosec and I should now start with my Goal Book. I really have to get all the projects finished because I'll be out on the 28th-30th/31st. I don't know exactly up to when. I seriously have to get all things done because there's no way I can do projects while I'm having a date with Mickey Mouse or with Dear Daniel. Haha. :D

TO MY BATCHMATES READING THIS: IF YOU CAN DRAW FOR YOUR EDITORIAL CARTOON PROJECT IN ECONOMICS BUT YOU CAN'T WRITE AN EDITORIAL ESSAY, LET'S HAVE A DEAL. DRAW FOR ME AND I'LL WRITE THE EDITORIAL FOR YOU. ISN'T THAT DEAL GOOD? HEY, NOT TO BOAST BUT I CAN WRITE TERRIBLY GOOD ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S TAGALOG AND ESPECIALLY WHEN IT INVOLVES POLITICAL STUFF LIKE THAT. I CAN BE AN ACTIVIST, YOU KNOW. HAHA. HEY, THIS IS SERIOUS. CONTACT ME IF YOU'RE INTERESTED OR LEAVE A MESSAGE IN THE TAGBOARD. :D PLEASE, I'M DESPERATE. I REALLY CANNOT DRAW A DECENT EDITORIAL CARTOON.

Madeline is sick

Last Wednesday, I came home and saw Madeline lying on her bed, sleeping; not even paying attention to me which she usually does everytime someone gets home. It's also a very weird thing since I came home late last Wednesday (8:30 pm that is) and usually, by the hour of 8 in the evening, Madeline is already very very sensitive and very very awake. It was really an uncanny situation that night, but since I really am (still up to this moment of typing) so much overwhelmed by the Aeris cheering team winning, I didn't bother. Haha. :)

I just noticed when I got back to check her up that she has this bandage on her left leg. I asked my mom what it was and she told me that Madeline went home this morning with her left leg already oozing with blood. Take that, oozing with blood. Everyday, at three in the morning, my mom opens our gate for Madeline to run around the village. Madeline really runs fast like no any other dog can (I think). Apparently, Madeline came home at 6 in the morning with a wounded leg. Mamatay na gumawa 'nun sa aso ko. Mamatay na. I examined the wound a while ago because I was tasked to dress it and apply medication on it and what the hey! It was really a big one! Parang tinaga ng itak eh. Good thing that she can still walk normally despite that wound. Mamatay na talaga gumawa 'nun mukha siyang squatter para patulan 'yung aso. Bwiset. Shit talaga 'yan. Buti nalang talaga 'di siya pilay or whatever.

Even now, Madeline is still weak and she refuses to eat and to play with me. I admit it, I may hate her sometimes but I am really worried for her. I thought that she might have acquired a Tetanus infection kasi nga baka nga tinaga siya ng itak or something sharp na may kalawang and she might have acquired an infection from that. I googled through tetanus in dogs just before typing this entry and I found out that dogs have quite strong resistance for infections like that. All I am advised to do is to always clean the wound and some antibiotics. Maybe I'll give her Amoxcicillin(sp?) for the wound not to be infected or whatsoever.

Oh. 3 days to Christmas. I cannot really feel the spirit of Christmas.

Okay, I have to get back with my 101 wishlist and prosec goal book.

anyway..
Kim Tecson: bat ka english nang english? pati sa blog mo

Happiest Holiday!

I always cry over the most stupid things--and it just happened today when Zephyr, the team before us started to make their 'moves'. I was so pessimistic that I thought our cheering kids won't make it good since they sucked on our last runs yesterday. Thank you very much to Sophie and oh-kay, Raissa for boosting my ego that time. I can't believe I cried. Shit. Bullcrap. It was so not me. So not me.

It really feels great when victory finally comes into your hands after working so hard for it. And it actually feels greater when you win by simply doing your best and not expect winning.

It all paid off, it all pid off! I may have been the most terrifying and the most irritating cheerleader this intrams 2006 and I'm really sorry to those who I may have offended in one way or another. Come to think of it, all the pagtataray and pagsusungit worked, right? Haha. :) I do that without even trying, actually. That's my nature. Thanks, Aeris for dealing with me. :) I so love you all, you know. :)

I will always remember this. This will be forever a highlight of my high school life--eew, this sounds so cheesy and schmaltzy. My last intramurals was definitely super great and memorable; super special as well. :)

I'm so happy! :) All the hardwork paid off. Everyone else in the student body loved it. Come on, you know we astound you. :) The shrieking crowd cannot lie. Haha.

I'll surely miss the practises. I'll miss the nights when Nicki and I were conversing through YM and we're talking about nothing but all the 'gimmicks' for the whole routine. I'll miss being threatened by the other teams. I'll miss shouting loud and low under the beating sun. I'll miss being a trying-hard OC when it comes to the synchronization and sharpness of the actions. I WILL MISS THE AERIS CHEERING TEAM!

Oh victory is just so sweet. Victory is absolute bliss! We're all excessively happy to the extent that we were all jumping and jumping high on the stage when we were called for the awarding. I was so full of zest that I cannot stop shrieking to the highest level because of that overwhelming feeling of being victor. OH, I SO LOVE THE AERIS CHEERING TEAM. YOU JUST MADE MY LAST INTRAMURALS SO SO GREAT!

Thank you to everyone. Thank you to Oma the drummer, Anne the one and only efficient props--uhh woman? Haha. Thank you very much, Mrs Valence Torralba. Thank you Kyra Ang for our whoa-ing actions. Thank you to the intrams 2006's best cheerleader Nicki, Juvan, Chia, Irenne, and Mikee :) AND THANK YOU TO THE AERIS CHEERING KIDS! :D I love you all very very much. :)

Ohhhh, extreme happiness is just so overwhelming. So surreal but definitely great! :)

For the last time,

We've got the pride
We've got the spirit
So whoo let's hear it!
So whoo let's hear it!
Come on crowd
Let's shout, let's cheer
For victory is near
We'll rock the court
We'll go fly high
Aeris, electrify
Aeris, ELECTRIFY!

EDIT: Let me say it again--WINNING IS GREATEST WHEN YOU SIMPLY DO YOUR BEST AND NOT EXPECT IT [WINNING]. GO, GO AERIS!

P.S. to all my beloved cheerers na nagta-tag sa tagboard o may balak mag tag, PUT YOUR NAME! haha. magpakilala kayo. don't be shy. :) I know you all kahit 'di halata. haha. :) Thanks!

veni veni venias

The 'big day' is on Wednesday; and I'm just as worried as a laboring mother in the delivery room is. They're all saying that we're doing good but I just can't really feel that we are actually doing good. I just think it's not yet enough. Being good will never be enough. Hello.

Is it really them or it's just me again? Grrrr.

I hate this.

I just hope and pray to God that everything will be presentable, pleasing and great. I hope and pray that all our 'hardwork' will eventually pay off. Please, oh please. Our patience has been overly tested in this thing so I think we really deserve a good payback after all, right? :) We've all worked hard for this; us, the kids, the drummer, everyone worked hard so we really deserve something pleasing, right? :) It'd be a big bonus if we'll win; on the other hand, doing something presentable, pleasing and great would be undoubtedly good, too. :D

GO, AERIS! :)
