Table Number One

I'm being productive now. I guess.. let's just say that I am not into cramming. I just hate cramming. If others say that their "creative sides" come out when cramming, mine does not. My media log last quarter was my lowest-ranking media log. I never got a below 40 score in media logs. What I got last quarter was 37. I hate that. Maybe that's the reason why my Media Awareness grade decreased. So today, I finished all the entries for my media log. at least, I would not cram it anymore.. The only thing that I need to do now is the outline for my term paper.

Where the hell will I be able to find books about paranormal phenomena?! I tried to search the school's library and I wasn't able to find even a single book. What do you expect from a library of a catholic school? Of course schools like mine don't focus on books such that. All books that I found in the library's generals section are books about religion... I should have picked Saints as my term paper topic so that I'd have a lot of sources. I must go to UP library.

Parang kelan lang first day of school ko palang as freshman sa holy.. ngayon, less than a month nalang, 4th yr na ako. Sobrang bilis talaga. Summer. Review classes.. preparations.. Super bilis.

Not Even Half a Point

Assumption College beat Holy Spirit by a woah-ing 0.33%. Wow. That's what you call difference. Well, as they say it, everything happens; but by the will of God. But we can't deny the fact that it's sometimes so disappointing and depressing when after all the pain, the suffering, the practices you end up being in the 2nd place just because of that 0.33%. Not even a half point it is.. and it's nothing to be proud of, really.

Now, where did that 0.33% came from? Probably from their woah-ing tarpaulin props and their fluffy pompoms. So what if they have fluffy pompoms? We've got shiny pompoms. Rrrr. And another thing, their pervert lifters whose eyes get big when their dancers perform stunts that involved opening of the legs.

It's a GALs competition.. GIRLS Athletic League.. then why is it necessary to involve boys? Isn't it that SHS should be given incentive for not having boys involved in the routine?? What we did was to prove that an exceptional routine that involves flying stunts can actually be made possible without the presence of guy lifters.

Another thing, I am so sure that what we joined was a cheering competition. NOT A DANCING COMPETITION. So where was Assumption's cheer? Never heard one. Oh yeah, I heard one. One that was so unclear and not really loud. And all I understood was AC.

Tears flowed out from our eyes when the results were released. I can see the sadness and pain in each of the participant's face..

I am going to miss the Boosters BIG TIME! The practices, the people! Especially the people: Ate Reg, Ate Ruth, Ate Paoskie, Ate Dadine, Ate Anjo, Ate Rianne, Dai, Jore, Juvan, KC, Tiffany.. and most especially, S2 and the ENERVA TEAM! I am surely going to miss Juvan's kabaklaan, Ate Reg's smile, S2! attitude ah!, Ate Ruth's ka-cornihan, Ate Paoskie's kaya mo yan^_^!

..This is also my last year as Boosters and.. probably the last competition I'll be joining for the school..

I AM GONNA MISS BOOSTERS [THE PEOPLE, THE PRACTICES, THE ROUTINE] BIG TIME! I'LL SUPER DUPER MISS ALL OF YOU! LOVE YOU ALL!
