Impeachment issue over, so.. what's next?

The votation of our country's congressmen if they would push through in the impeachment of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo just ended just now. The number of congressmen that voted NO was higher than the YES congressmen. This ends the impeachment issue. So, Escudero.. what's next?

I am so irritated by the opposition and the rallyists. Instead of shouting "Gloria resign!", why don't they say, "Gloria, work it out!"? Why don't we let her finish her term? Why don't we wait until 2007? Anyway, it's only 2 years... I think the time that the impeachment trial would consume is larger than 2 years. Even now, the impeachment complaint about former president Joseph Ejercito Estrada isn't still clarified. Another thing, why don't these congressmen work on other more political issues? Our leader obviously is working for the change of our country. And, what do these congressmen do? Sleep during sessions, play TextTwist in their oh-so-techi laptops, pormahan dito, pasikatan doon. Eh sana kasi, mas pagtuonan niyo ng pansin yung graft and corruption ng bayan natin kaysa sa pagpapalayas ng pangulo natin. Why don't congressmen just keep on passing or creating bills that would eventually help our nation survive from this crisis? Isn't that better than complaining about the president?

Let's say that Gloria would be impeached and Noli de Castro will take her position. What would a former broadcaster do in the palace that would be better than any other thing that a doctorate of Economics can do? What? Tell me. No other than Noli de Castro will take the place of Macapagal-Arroyo if ever she will be impeached. And I think that would never happen.

I think Escudero's making a name in politics. Ulk. Imagine him as our leader.

Let's stop wishing for our president's impeachment. After Senator Raul Roco has gone, we lost a lot and a big hope for our country.. Gloria can make this. If we would just support her and if we would just unite to support our president, all these problems of our land would eventually expunge. But, if we would still continue in our divisions.. definitely, nothing would happen.

Pray? Puwede ba yun? Puwede naman ata eh...

**having sticky keys here.**

anyway, I just came home from school. My trip to home made me feel like I live somewhere in Novaliches. It took us 1 and a half hour to get home. This is the disadvantage of living in our area. Konting rally, super traffic na. But, it's also an advantage because the school lets us go home before time. Hehe. :) I'm so happy today because we had two quizzes in Chemistry and, I got perfect! as in 100%. Stoichiometry is the best! haha. It really feels good when you have studied your lessons. But, I missed 2 quizzes in Chemistry and need to make them up. I think I'm going to tell Mrs. Torralba about it tomorrow. There's a mini quiz fest tomorrow so I need to study to get higher marks. 2nd quarter couldn't be a horrible quarter for me anymore! There's no place for lines of 7 or even failing grades. There's also no place for 80% flat grades. NONE. That's my goal and I'm determined to reach it. No 80 flat. That kind of grade really sucks. I'm not going to have that kind anymore. 1st quarter is a tester. 2nd quarter onwards... it's the real thing.

Got to go.

'til it's over.

Clarissa.
